Vehicle Appointment FAQs
Where do I drop off my vehicle after hours?
You can drop off your vehicle in any parking space on our property. Please do not block the bay doors. Park your vehicle and remove any valuables. With your keys in hand, lock your car doors, then place your keys in a drop-off envelope and put the sealed envelope in the key drop slot at the top of the box on our main door.
Do I leave my keys in the car or is there a drop box?
Please do not leave your keys in your car when dropping off after hours. Remove any valuables from your vehicle, lock your doors with your keys in hand, then use our key drop box located on the main door. Simply place your keys in a drop-off envelope and insert it into the key slot above the box.
How much will it cost to repair my car?
Each vehicle is different and therefore each repair varies in cost. We always call to advise what work needs to be completed along with the approximate vehicle repair costs and time for completion before proceeding with any work.
Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our work with warranties on parts and labor. The specific warranty terms depend on the type of service performed. We'll discuss warranty details with you when we provide your estimate.
