Do I need an appointment for service?
While we do accept walk-ins when possible, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure we can serve you promptly and have the necessary time allocated for your vehicle. You can schedule online through our appointment page or call us at (423) 328-7036.
What are your business hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We're closed on weekends and major holidays. If you need to drop off your vehicle after hours, we have a secure key drop box available.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We service all makes and models of domestic and imported vehicles, including American, European, and Asian brands. Our technicians have experience with everything from everyday commuter cars to luxury vehicles. If you have a specific vehicle question, feel free to call us.
How long will my repair take?
Repair time varies depending on the complexity of the work needed. Simple services like oil changes typically take 30-45 minutes. More complex repairs may take several hours or even days if parts need to be ordered. We'll provide you with a time estimate when we diagnose your vehicle.
Do you offer shuttle service or loaner vehicles?
Yes! We offer complimentary shuttle service within the Johnson City area during business hours. Loaner vehicles may also be available for certain repairs - please ask when scheduling your appointment to check availability.

How much will my repair cost?
Each vehicle and repair is unique, so costs can vary. We always provide a detailed estimate before beginning any work. We'll explain what needs to be done, why it's necessary, and give you an accurate price quote. We never start work without your authorization.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and checks. We also offer financing options through CFNA and Synchrony to help make larger repairs more affordable.

Can I get a quote over the phone?
While we can provide general price ranges for common services, accurate quotes require a proper diagnosis. Many issues need to be inspected in person to determine the exact problem and provide an accurate estimate. We're happy to discuss your concerns by phone and schedule a diagnostic appointment.

What services do you provide?

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts. We'll discuss your options and help you choose the best parts for your vehicle and budget. All parts we use meet or exceed industry standards.
Can you handle advanced diagnostics?
Absolutely. We've invested in state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and our ASE certified technicians are trained to diagnose even the most complex issues in modern vehicles. From check engine lights to electrical problems, we have the tools and expertise to find the problem.
Do you offer oil change services?
Yes, we provide complete oil change services including conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil options. We'll also perform a courtesy inspection to check fluid levels, lights, brakes, and other critical systems during your oil change.
Can you repair European vehicles?
Yes! We have extensive experience working on European imports including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, and others. Our technicians receive ongoing training on European vehicle systems and we have the specialized tools required for these vehicles.

Do you warranty your work?
Yes, we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on both parts and labor. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service performed. We'll provide specific warranty details when we give you your estimate and they'll be noted on your invoice.
What if I have a problem after my repair?
If you experience any issues related to a recent repair, please contact us immediately. We'll inspect the work and make it right. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
Will repairs void my manufacturer's warranty?
No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at an independent shop without voiding your manufacturer's warranty. We use quality parts and follow proper repair procedures to maintain your warranty coverage.
After Hours & Drop Off
Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
Yes! We have a secure after-hours drop box for your convenience. Simply park in any available space (not blocking bay doors), remove valuables, lock your car, and place your keys in an envelope in our key drop box located on the main door. Please include your contact information and a note about the service needed.
Is it safe to leave my car overnight?
Yes, our facility is secure and we take reasonable precautions to protect vehicles on our property. However, we always recommend removing valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us.
How will I know when my vehicle is ready?
We'll call you when your vehicle is ready for pickup. We'll review the work completed, answer any questions, and make sure you're completely satisfied before you leave. If we discover additional issues during service, we'll contact you for authorization before proceeding.
